If the email from Salesforce does not appear in your inbox or spam folder,

please complete the following steps in accessing online course:
 

1.Visit www.redcrosslearningcenter.org

 

2. Click "Log In" in upper right corner

3. Click "Forgot Password"

4. Enter email used during enrollment

 

Once you have created a new password, you may login and launch the online course.
 

If you encounter a technical issue in launching the course please try the following:

 

1. Updating your browser

 

2. Using a different browser (Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge)

 

3. If that doesn't work, please contact The American Red Cross Technical Support at 1 (800) 733-2767
