If it has been LESS than 24 hours since you enrolled, the 5% cancellation fee will be implemented and deducted from your payment.

If it has been MORE than 24 hours since you enrolled, the a $15 non-refundable administrative fee will be implemented.

A refund will not be issued if your class is within the next 24 hours.

Instead, you may request to reschedule and receive credit towards rebooking. www.begincpr.com/reschedule
